Packaging changes are a small step in the grand scheme of going green. But by taking this first step, we're creating a larger market for post-consumer materials and attempting to reduce the flow of packaging waste to landfills in 2010 and beyond.
Salad Bowls and Catering Plates
Made from 100% natural renewable molded pulp and agricultural byproducts, including sugarcane bagasse, wheat and rye grasses; compostable*. Biodegrades* by at least 60% in 180 days. By switching from plastic salad bowls, we believe we are saving approximately 875,000 pounds of plastic waste from reaching landfills.
Salad Lids
Made from 30% post-consumer recycled PET bottles; each lid saves about half a PET bottle from reaching a landfill.
Napkins
Made with 100% recycled material and fibers (90% post-consumer). We estimate that this type of napkin saves nearly 40,000 trees, 16 million gallons of water and 7 million cubic yards of landfill space (http://www.epa.gov). Developed using a 100% bleach-free process and materials that help conserve natural resources such as water, oil and energy.
Paper To-Go Bags
Recyclable
Reusable Lunch Bags

Catering Lunch Box
Made from 100% recycled paperboard, 35% post consumer waste and processed chlorine-free; biodegradable* and compostable*.
Catering Trays
Made up of 100% renewable fiber (Southern pine trees); 100% recyclable.
Toasty Torpedo™, Toasty Bullet™, and Flatbread Sammie

tray liners.
