Q. When I try to retrieve my coupon(s), the page says that I am not signed up to receive monthly offers. When I try to sign-up, it tells me that I already exist in the database. Can you please help me?
A. All of the coupons are now personalized with our loyal customer's names. To ensure that you are receiving the correct coupons, we pass your email address in the URL from the original email. Please make sure that your full email address is located in the address bar of your browser after you click on the link from the Quiznos monthly offers email.

Q. Why can't I see my coupon(s)?
A. We are using cookies to personalize your coupon. You must enable cookies for www.quiznos.com in your browser to view the coupons. Find out how to enable cookies here.
If you are receiving the following error: “You have visited this page more than the allotted number of times. You can look forward to your next email from Quiznos with more exciting coupons” in error, please contact us.
Q. Why can't I print my coupon(s)?
A. Some printers and browsers will only print if you have cookies enabled. You must enable cookies for www.quiznos.com in your browser to view the coupons. Find out how to enable cookies here.
You can also try saving the image to your computer and print it from there.
Q. Why don't you have coupons available for my country?
A. We currently offer coupons for the US and Canada. If you are from Canada and only see the US coupons or visa versa, please contact us.
Q. I do not receive the monthly email offers from Quiznos but I am signed up, please help.
A. There are several reasons why you may not be receiving monthly offers from Quiznos. With the new junk mail filters in place on most email clients, you must add toastynews@quiznos.com to your address book to allow it to come through. You can view instructions on how to do this for many common email clients here. Other reasons may be that your ISP or office is blocking email marketing from coming to your inbox. Please check with them to find out if they can allow toastynews@quiznos.com to come through. If you continue to have problems, please feel free to contact us.
