The Changes We're Making
The health and safety of every guest has always been extremely important to us. As the world continues to navigate the complexities of the coronavirus pandemic, Quiznos is dedicated to ensuring cleanliness and compliance with local and state mandates related to COVID-19.
Franchise Owners and Management of each Quiznos location are communicating regularly with local and state health boards to be sure the policies and procedures are known, understood, and followed by each Quiznos team member. This includes more frequent cleaning and sanitizing of high traffic areas such as entry doors, dining room furniture, and restrooms. We have also eliminated reusable trays during the in-store experience, and everything will be packaged to-go.
Additionally, utensils, straws and lids will be kept behind the counter. Please request these items from a team member. We also ask that you request a new cup for all beverage refills.
We invite you to reach out to the friendly staff and management of your local Quiznos to learn more about additional specific measures that may be in place for that location.
If your Quiznos Gift Card is refused or damaged please fill out the below following the steps:
1) Call 866-733-2943 IMMEDIATELY to have the card deactivated.
2) Fully complete the information requested below
If your claim is submitted correctly along with your card/receipt, a reimbursement check or gift card replacement will be issued for the amount remaining on the refused or damaged gift card. Quiznos is not responsible for lost, stolen, misdirected, damaged or illegible claims. Allow 4-6 weeks for a replacement card or reimbursement check.
